Rowland Hill Award Winners
The Rowland Hill Award was established in 2005 to recognize outstanding lifetime contributions to philately in the Southeastern United States. It is named after Sir Rowland Hill, creator of the first postage stamp. The award is bestowed annually to an honoree selected by a committee chosen by the board of the SEFSC. The presentation is made at the Awards Dinner of the Southeastern Stamp Expo. Collectively, these Rowland Hill Award winners make up our Southeast "Hall of Fame."
