Admission
The Southeastern Stamp Expo is a public show and is open to all members of the public during show hours.
Admission fees for 2025 are $7 per individual or couple, with children under 18 admitted free. Accordingly, we simplified this in much of our advertising to "$7.00 per family." You may re-enter the Expo on successive days without incurring additional fees by retaining your name badge.
All attendees who pay the entry fee automatically receive two free tickets for the show raffle.
The following individuals are exempt from the fee: Youths/Children under 18 years of age, Show Judges, Exhibitors, Show Dealers and their support staffs, Show Volunteers, Show Organizing Committee Members, Guest Speakers, Hilton Hotel Staff, United States Postal Service Staff, Members of the Media, Adults leading organized youth tours like Teachers or Scout Leaders and Adults assisting another paying adult with a disability.
Registration is required before entering the bourse area and we request all guests to wear a name badge that is provided. Your name badge may be kept for re-entry privileges throughout the weekend, however, we ask you to return it for recycling if you are not returning.
For attendees with disabilities, the show is contained on one level with ramp access into the hotel. The spacing in the bourse area is tight, but wheelchairs are easily accommodated, even if a few polite requests to make room are needed. Adults assisting those with a disability are not charged admission to the show. Ask at the front table if you require any assistance.
Note that sales of any stamps or other philatelic material must go through one of our paying table dealers. Our dealers have purchased the exclusive right to buy and sell stamps at our show, and we will have to ask you to leave if you attempt to buy from or sell to anyone who is not a paying table dealer.
Our dealers are required by law to collect Georgia Sales Tax.
The Southeastern Stamp Expo maintains a stringent policy of non-discrimination. If you feel that you have been a victim of discrimination at the Southeastern Stamp Expo, please put your complaint in writing and send to SEFSC, P.O. Box 71657, Marietta, GA, 30007-1657. We will investigate your complaint and send a formal response back to you.
