First Day CoversThere was a United States Postal Service First Day ceremony at the Southeastern Stamp Expo on January 30th for the $2 Patriotic Waves of Color stamp. Artist Chris Lazaroff, CL Cachets, prepared a cachet that was canceled at the show, and made available for sale immediately following the ceremony. The Southeastern Stamp Expo is acting as agent for the sale of these covers. They can be purchased for $5 with a Self-Addressed Stamped Envelope.

We also have a quantity of Ceremony Programs from the First Day of Issue ceremony of the $2 Patriotic Waves of Color stamp. A small quantity of these programs were franked, postmarked and signed as shown below. We also have a larger quantity of programs that are not stamped, postmarked or signed. We are pricing these programs as follows:
